Enabling Cookies

Are you having trouble adding items to your cart? Our site, like the vast majority of other ecommerce sites, requires that you enable cookies in order to use it properly.

To Enable Cookies:

Mozilla Firefox (1.0 final release and earlier)

  • Go to the "Tools" menu.
  • Select "Options".
  • Select the "Privacy" icon in the left panel.
  • Check the box corresponding to "Allow sites to set cookies".
  • Click "OK" to save changes.
  • Restart your browser. Restart your computer if the problem persists.

Netscape 7.1/Mozilla 5.0

  • Select "Preferences" from the Edit menu.
  • Click on the arrow next to "Privacy & Security" in the scrolling window to expand.
  • Under "Privacy & Security", select "Cookies."
  • Select "Enable all cookies".
  • Click "OK".
  • Restart your browser. Restart your computer if the problem persists.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+

  • Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
  • Click on the "Privacy" tab.
  • Click the "Default" button (or manually slide the bar down to "Medium") under "Settings".
  • Click "OK".
  • Restart your browser. Restart your computer if the problem persists.

AOL 9.0

  • From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings.
  • Select Internet [Web] Options
  • Select Use your Internet Explorer Settings to set advanced browser options.
  • Select the Privacy tab
  • Select Advanced
  • Deselect override automatic cookie handling button
  • Click OK to exit.
  • Restart your browser. Restart your computer if the problem persists.

AOL 8.0

  • From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings.
  • Select Preferences
  • Select Internet Properties (WWW)
  • Select the Privacy tab
  • Select Advanced
  • Deselect override automatic cookie handling button
  • Click OK to exit.
  • Restart your browser. Restart your computer if the problem persists.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x

  • Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
  • Click on the "Security" tab.
  • Click the "Custom Level" button.
  • Scroll down to the "Cookies" section.
  • To enable:
    • Set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" to "Enable".
    • Set "Allow per-session cookies" to "Enable".
  • Click "OK".
  • Restart your browser. Restart your computer if the problem persists.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x

  • Select "Internet Options" from the View menu.
  • Click on the "Advanced" tab.
  • Scroll down to find "Cookies" within the "Security" section.
  • To enable:
    • Select "Always accept cookies".
  • Click "OK".
  • Restart your browser. Restart your computer if the problem persists.

Netscape Communicator 4.x

  • Select "Preferences" from the Edit menu.
  • Find the "Cookies" section in the "Advanced" category.
  • To enable:
    • Select "Accept all cookies" (or "Enable all cookies").
  • Click "OK".
  • Restart your browser. Restart your computer if the problem persists.

AOL 7.0 with IE 6.x

  • From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings.
  • Select Preferences
  • Select Internet Properties (WWW)
  • Select the Privacy tab
  • Select Advanced
  • Deselect override automatic cookie handling button
  • Click OK to exit.
  • Restart your browser. Restart your computer if the problem persists.

AOL 7.0 with IE 5.5

  • From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings.
  • Select Preferences
  • Select Internet Properties (WWW)
  • Select the Security tab
  • Select the Custom Level tab
  • Under "Allow Cookies that are stored on your computer" click "Enable"
  • Under "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" click "Enable"
  • Select OK, Yes you want to save the settings
  • Restart your browser. Restart your computer if the problem persists.

AOL 6.0

  • From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings
  • Select Preferences
  • Select Internet Properties (WWW)
  • Select the Security tab
  • Select the Custom Level tab
  • Under "Allow Cookies that are stored on your computer" click "Enable"
  • Under "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" click "Enable"
  • Select OK, Yes you want to save the settings
  • Restart your browser. Restart your computer if the problem persists.

AOL 5.0

  • Go to My AOL
  • Pick WWW
  • Click the Security tab
  • Go to Custom Level
  • Scroll down to find Cookie
  • Click "Enable"
  • Click OK
  • Restart your browser. Restart your computer if the problem persists.

AOL 4.0

  • Click on Preferences
  • Select on the WWW button
  • Click on the Advanced tab
  • Select the "Accept all cookies" checkbox
  • Restart your browser. Restart your computer if the problem persists.
